Delivery Returns and Exchanges

Good news, as a customer of Essence of Woman you’re entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon – Fri 8am to 7pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.

All EU orders take approx 2-3 working day, however if your item is located in a different warehouse it can take up to 6-7 working days.


All shipments free for:

  • Europa (Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, UK, Switzerland
  • Monaco
  • America (US, Canada)
  • Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon
  • Middle East (Israel, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Turkey)

Following countries, shipment fees at $30 :

  • Africa: Cameroon, Congo (Brazzaville), Congo (Kinshasa), Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa



Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday by 4.30pm to be delivered on Saturday.

Saturday delivery costs 15USD.

If you’re nominated day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, it’s cool. We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.



All our deliveries are handled by DHL.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incure a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.



Guess what! We have return depots in the Dubai , making it easy to return your items.

The best part? Return addresses will be included with your order.



All orders placed now can be returned within 2 weeks, this applies to online orders .



Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at Essence of Woman we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Essence of Woman when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at RETURNS@ESSENCEOFWOMAN.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.



If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at RETURNS@ESSENCEOFWOMAN.COM

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.



Sale items are not refundable.



We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.
