Returns

We have a 14 day return window. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item only if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Exchanges

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
